[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Vaccine Assistance is available for Seniors

If you are 75 or older and looking for assistance setting up an appointment to receive your COVID-19 vaccine through the VAMS System, volunteers will be available to help in the Town Hall Green Room on Thursday 1/21 from 10AM to 2PM and Friday 1/22 from 10 AM to 2PM. This will most likely be a multi-day day process. Once you apply for a VAMS account it may take up to 24 hours before you receive an email with approval. If you don’t have an email account we will create one for you. Please bring with you a driver’s license or ID and insurance information.
We ask for your patience during this process as we have no way to schedule time slots and you may be asked to wait or return at a later time.  If you know someone in Clinton that is 75+ and is in need of assistance, please help spread the word.
You can visit the Department of Public Health's VAM Enrollment Center to apply and register your family and friends. A valid and unique email will be needed for each account.
