[ARCHIVED] COVID-19 Vaccine Information for those 75 and Older

If you are 75 years of age and older and would like to receive the COVID-19 vaccine you can register on the State of CT’s Department of Public Health website. https://dphsubmissions.ct.gov/OnlineVaccine?fbclid=IwAR3wkNUMqcwYmvSxzX0zOKAjKIJrV0RKVMmxuzjTtLhnmLRcQZOD3znFEg8
You will need to register with the Vaccine Administration Management System (VAMS).  Once registered, VAMS will email you and guide you through the appointment process.  
You can also visit the state’s website at https://portal.ct.gov/Coronavirus/COVID-19-Vaccination---75-and-older?fbclid=IwAR1rQi_liPMCfUKoGBztnaWv3V5PYvucCxAACGhpn87e5_16fOoWkYv5CWU to receive the latest COVID-19 vaccine appointment scheduling options which include UConn Health and Hartford HealthCare.  Additional locations will be coming soon.  
You can schedule an appointment on the phone by calling the CT COVID Vaccine Appointment Assist Line at 877-918-2224. The line will take calls on Mondays through Fridays from 8:00 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and will offer a call-back option when all contact specialists are busy serving other callers. The team will aim to return calls as soon as possible, with the goal of same-day response.
