It is with great sadness that the Town of Clinton reports that a sixth resident has passed away due to complications from COVID-19. The Connecticut River Area Health District reported on Thursday, August 6, 2020 that the resident was a male in his 80s who passed away at the hospital. Clinton now has a total of 71 residents who have tested positive for COVID-19.
The Town of Clinton’s main objective remains to continue to keep residents safe and help slow the spread of the virus. The single best way to slow the spread is to practice social distancing.
