The Town of Clinton, CT, is in the midst of a state mandated property revaluation. Given the current situation with COVID-19 the date collected effort will now only be exterior inspections instead of interior and exterior inspections. Anyone who has not had an interior inspection will receive a date mailer at a later date. This will allow property owners to make any necessary corrections.
