Coastal Resiliency Task Force
The 4 Shore Coastal Resiliency Plan has been finalized. This Plan was created in partnership with Westbrook, Old Saybrook, and the Borough of Fenwick and provides a suite of tools our community may consider when planning for future coastal conditions.

Coastal Resiliency Task Force
Clinton’s Town Council appointed the Coastal Resiliency Task Force to support a Town and regional response to changing sea levels and the effects of flooding and storms. The Task Force will be a partner in the regional resiliency plan for Clinton, Westbrook, Old Saybrook, and the Borough of Fenwick, and will bring recommendations for best practices and projects to the Town.
Our Charge
The Town Council created the Coastal Resiliency Task Force on February 1, 2023. The full charge for the Task Force is available here.
