LEGAL NOTICE

TOWN OF CLINTON

The Town of Clinton, Connecticut is seeking proposals for the replacement stand-by generator for the Clinton Fire Headquarters on Glenwood Road.  Proposal submissions will be accepted by the Town Manager’s Office, Andrews Memorial Town Hall, 54 East Main Street, Clinton CT 06413, no later than 11:00 a.m. on March 10, 2022 at which town they will be opened and read recorded. No proposals submitted after this time will be accepted.  An electronic copy of the bid proposal is posted on the Town web page at www.clintonct.org under the “Bids” link located at the bottom of the home page.  

The Town Manager reserves the right to reject any, or any part of, or all proposals; to waive informalities and technicalities and to accept the Bid which the Town deems to be in the best interest of the Town, whether or not it is the lowest dollar amount.
