Birthday parties up to the age of twelve are permitted on a reservation basis only.
1. Security Deposit: $150.00
2. Event Rental for two hours: $40.00
3. Each Additional Hourly Fee: $20.00
4. Surcharge for opening and closing the building: $20.00

The Park and Recreation Community room is used to support a variety of programs starting at ages 3-5 continuing to adults. Programs change throughout the year. Information on available programming may be found on the Clinton Park and Recreation Website.

Community organizations and civic groups may also use the Community room for meeting on a reservation basis only. There is no charge for use of the room for these events.
