This yoga routine will target the key joints and muscle groups used in every golf swing!
FORE! Yoga for golfers is an excellent tool to build mobility, stability and overall strength. During this 60-minute class, we will explore yoga postures that target your spine, hips, core, and shoulders. Additionally, you will leave with a variety of pre and post game postures that will help reduce general soreness and stiffness as well as reduce risk of injury during your next round of golf.
This class would be enjoyable for any yogi, even if you've never picked up a club!
