Senior Connection "Walk for Health"

In celebration of Spring, we will return to a traveling series, enjoying all the steps and the scenery this area has to offer!

Join us as we walk for health every Wednesday and explore parts our hometown and beyond. This is a casual drop-in format and everyone walks at his or her own pace. Friends & family are ALWAYS welcome! 

Please arrive BY 9:15am.  Wear comfortable shoes and bring a water bottle. We will be meeting outside of Meig's Nature Center at Hammonasset Beach State Park for the month of May.
