Development of Morgan School Property, Clinton, CT
The Town of Clinton is seeking qualifications & conceptual proposals from experienced and qualified development firms for the redevelopment of the former Morgan School property located at 11 Killingworth Turnpike (Route 81) north of the Interstate 95, Interchange 63. This is the first phase of the RFQ/RFP process.
All respondents must provide a thorough and complete package responding to the specific criteria stated therein (except where noted otherwise) and submit to:

The Town of Clinton reserves the right to determine the appropriateness and merit of all submissions and to amend, withdraw, and/or cancel this request at any time. Submittal of qualification packages does not obligate the Town to enter into negotiations or agreements with any responding party, and the Town may, without qualification, reject any or all proposals at any time prior to entering into an agreement with the selected developer.
